Metro-reality.com, Paris: Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in good shape to begin to defend the title in the Paris Masters tournament Tuesday, after last week’s wrist injury. “I played yesterday and today I feel healthy,” said the Frenchwoman told reporters on Monday.

Tsonga was force to retreat from the first round against the Russian tennis player Mikhail Youzhny in the tournament last week’s Valencia Open. Tennis world number nine to win the match in the French capital in order to advance to the tournament last season, “World Tour Finals” in London 22-29 November.

“I was amazed to be featured again. I like the atmosphere here and I will issue my best ability,” said Tsonga. “I do not have the burden.”

Beat 24-year-old, who got a “bye” in the first round in Paris, started the game against the tennis player from Spain, Albert Montanes.
