Toyota F1 Event to Leave Soon

Metro-reality.com, Tokyo: Toyota Motor announced Wednesday that they would withdraw from the race event Formula One (F1) from next year, reports the Japanese newspaper, Mainichi, Wednesday.

Report automotive industry’s retreat from the arena of F1 can not be separated from their sales decline since the prolonged economic crisis so far.

When this happens, Toyota’s withdrawal is a major blow to organizers F1 after the second giant factory Honda Japanese retreat last December in an effort to cut their spending money.

This is a snowball effect of the withdrawal of some Japanese companies from the automotive world of sports, after Subaru and Suzuki withdrew from the rally sport car and motorcycle maker Kawasaki pulled their teams from MotoGP race because of their declining market.

Japanese tire manufacturer Bridgestone announced earlier this week withdrew from F1 tire supply starting 2010 season. Circuit Toyota’s Fuji International Speedway, July, retreated from the right of Japanese Grand Prix held in 2010 on the grounds trying to overcome the global economic crisis.

Withdrawal from F1 Japanese companies starting out as a supplier of engines Honda Super Aguri to financial reasons at the beginning of last year.

Toyota is the only Japanese team living in F1, but do not have the drivers for next season and pulled away as the engine supplier Williams started the 2010 season. World’s largest car manufacturer had failed to win F1 race since followed in 2002, whereas they were sky-high budget of around 300 million U.S. dollars.

Now only three factories in the F1, there are Ferrari (Fiat), Mercedes, and Renault. However, open new opportunities bari owner of BMW-Sauber Switzerland to perform as a team to 13th in the race.

Toyota Concorde agreement signed earlier this year, their commitment was contained in the F1 event at least until 2012 so they seem to need a withdrawal kind of legal consent.
