The lawsuit against Bon Jovi Fall

Metro-reality.com : The court finally decided that the suit man named Samuel Bartley Steele Bon Jovi for some time ago did not have enough evidence. But this guy does not seem to give up and said he would appeal and submit new evidence.
Samuel accused song I Love This Town Bon Jovi’s is the tracing of songs entitled (Man I Really) Love This Team. Samuel and demanded compensation of U.S. $ 400 billion for the losses he had suffered this but ultimately the court decided this claim is less strong. This decision is based on expert analysis of the results presented Samuel’s music itself which states there is no significant similarity to both these songs.
According to Splash News, Samuel did not give up and decide to appeal and submit new evidence. It is said that, after creating this song in October 2004, Samuel gave the tape to the team officials and players the Red Sox baseball team. Samuel even admitted this to send the tape to the MLB (Major League Baseball) in the hope that this song could be a means of promotion of baseball.
On the other hand, Bon Jovi released the song I Love This Town in 2007 and later became a campaigning song baseball on network television. Samuel accused Jon Bon Jovi has been listening to songs by Samuel before he created the song I Love This Town either in purpose or not, and songs by Samuel has been an inspiration when he wrote the song.
