Spies ride YZF-M1 at Valencia GP
Metro-reality.com : This weekend at the Valencia GP, Yamaha team will lose five drivers at once. Apart from two good Fiat Yamaha, Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, there are three other pebalap, the duo Tech 3 Yamaha’s James Toseland and Colin Edwards, and fellow candidate for the 2010 season Edwards, Ben Spies.
In the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Sunday (8 / 11), which marks the end of 2009 MotoGP season, Spies will make his debut with Yamaha. Spies just to make sure the new World Superbike champion, for the first time to ride a YZF-M1. It just a driven motor still attached writing Sterilgarda, brend Italian food, which is sponsored Yamaha WSB for 2010 season.
Meanwhile, with Tech 3 Yamaha, new Spies will make his first test next week. This is part of the preparations made his debut in MotoGP in 2010, paired with Edwards.
As has been reported, the Tech 3 Yamaha squad overhaul for next year. Toseland whose performance this season had been dump less good, and replaced by Spies. Meanwhile, Edwards’s position remains secure.
In the Fiat Yamaha, Rossi and Lorenzo’s position is safe. Rossi new contract will be complete late summer 2010, while Lorenzo had just extended the contract with the Japanese manufacturer, after he was rumor to be off to a few elite teams such as the Repsol Honda and Ducati.
