Robert Pattinson: TWILIGHT Can Spread HIV?

Metro-reality.com : Actor Robert Pattinson sure if the popularity of the film which he starred TWILIGHT has a bad effect. He believes this film could be the cause of an outbreak of the HIV virus. Because he often visited by fans who injure themselves and asked Robert to suck blood.
