Kimi Räikkönen want to leave with Ferrari with sweet memories
Metro-reality.com – Kimi Räikkönen gives the impression to last a sweet with Ferrari. Therefore, the former world champion Formula 1 (F1) 2007 is determined to achieve positive results in the series last season was in 2009 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, at the weekend.
Raikkonen has certainly thrown from Ferrari after three seasons with the Italian team. The 2010 season, he was not in the squad Ferrari, which has recruited Spaniard Fernando Alonso, to be a partner Felipe Massa.
Well, as a form of separation, Raikkonen would dedicate a victory that could help shift the Scuderia McLaren from the top three constructor’s standings.
“Racing in Abu Dhabi will be the last grand prix with Ferrari. And, as always I will devote all my abilities and gave their best to achieve maximum results,” said Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen through the site.
“We will try hard to end this year with good results, with the hope it could help Ferrari back Constructors was ranked third, after McLaren was captured in Brazil. It will be difficult because the competition is very tight.
“In Brazil, the two titles are sealed so that there the drivers would not want to take big risks because everything was settled. Our competitors are still repairing their cars, whereas we have used the same car from the race in Hungary at the end of July.”
Raikkonen admitted, offering to be given to the last action is a form of thanks to Ferrari. The reason, in the first season with “The Red”, he immediately reached for achievement as a world champion.
“As I wrote earlier, it is time for me to thank colleagues at Ferrari after three years together. I am happy with what we achieved, especially with the 2007 world championships, both drivers and constructors, as well as in the year 2008. “
“This season the car is less competitive as desired, but at least we managed to achieve a victory and kept trying to grab some points. Hopefully we can end this season with something nice to always be remembered.”
However, Raikkonen admitted it is difficult to predict the race at Yas Marine, who had entered F1 calendar and will make his debut this weekend. The reason, he (and the other drivers) just will race on the circuit covering the 2009 season.
